Other Foundation Projects Over the Years

•    Coordinated and participated in planting of 47 Redwood Ash trees in central business district on Main St, a joint effort with St. Helena merchants and Peter Mennen
•    Sponsored and funded several Arbor Day tree plantings, as well as tree plantings in city parks, school yards, and other properties
•    Purchased and planted 25 Liquid Amber trees along Railroad Avenue
•    Designed, partially funded and installed Stonebridge Park landscaping in collaboration with the City of St Helena, John Britton Tree Service and citizen volunteers
•    Coordinated and participated in planting 17 Sycamore trees on Main Street south of Sulfur Creek Bridge with funds donated by St. Helena Rotary
•    Supported various tree, park, open space, and Riparian preservation projects  within St Helena through consultation with city staff, presentations to City Council, Planning Commission, and dissemination of information to public
•    Secured Urban Stream Restoration Program grant for erosion control work on bank of Napa River
•    Planted trees around Elementary School, corner of Oak and Adams, and RLS.
•    Partial funding for RLS Nature Trail and Rotary Heritage Park at High School.
•    Clean up projects at various parks
•    Gifting for Bee Garden at library
